*I love Boston! I am very excited to take part in this charity event. I live in a large city called Brockton, which is just twenty minutes south of Boston. Needless to say, this tragedy affected me greatly. I know this tragedy, no matter where you reside, has affected so many people. Whether or not we personally know someone who was injured or died isn't the point. The point is that the United States as a whole is affected when we are hit by an act of terrorism. It makes me sick. I am very impressed how everyone pulled together to help with this tragedy though. The citizens who ran towards the explosion to help people, the people who gave blood, those that looked at their cameras to see if they captured anything suspicious, all of the law enforcement, just every single person that cared. The list is endless. It was just such an impressive time, and it was very touching to see everyone pull together. Boston Strong gained a whole new meaning. Im proud to be an American and proud to be a Bostonian.*
