I really enjoyed this book. I have read a lot of Paranormal Romance books, in fact it’s what I used to mainly read. Lately, I have been reading a lot of Contemporary Romance novels instead of Paranormal, so it was fun to get back into that genre with this book. “Shattered Grace” did not disappoint me at all, and I thought this 5 STAR book was great!
Grace isn’t just a normal high school girl, although she has all those problems as well. There is more to Grace than the average teen girl. Grace learns she is a Chosen and has some heavy duty responsibilities riding on her shoulders. She always knew she was special, or cursed, but after her grandfather passed away, a sea of secrets are revealed to her. Naturally, Grace feels a bit betrayed that her Grandfather couldn’t tell her any of these things while he was alive. She finds it very overwhelming to learn of this whole new world that she is now involved in.
Aside from everything new she is learning about her life, she has some good old fashioned boy drama. Cue in two hot men. Quentin and Darius are both incredibly gorgeous and also have completely different intentions for Grace. You’ll have to read “Shattered Grace” to get the full scoop on these men and Grace. I’ll tell you that I really enjoyed this story though, that’s for sure.
If you are a fan of paranormal romance then you will probably enjoy this novel by K. Anne Raines. There was a uniqueness to this full length novel that I definitely liked, and its always an added bonus when there are hot men in a 5 STAR novel.
